EXPANDING HELPDESK TEAM

We have strengthened our internal operations processes, with a number of new starters joining our Helpdesk team and continue to look for new staff to further increase our head count and service provision.

We have received excellent feedback from clients since our structure changes across the Helpdesk team and we have a new Helpdesk Team Leader in Chantelle Francis, who oversees all Helpdesk matters for new and existing clients.
