We have strengthened our internal operational processes, with a number of new starters joining our Helpdesk team, and we continue to look for new staff to increase our headcount and service provision further.
We have received excellent feedback from clients since our structure changes across the Helpdesk team, and we have a new Helpdesk Team Leader, Chantelle Francis, who oversees all Helpdesk matters for new and existing clients.
